“Got Beethoven? – Revolutionary Music!” November 11 – at 7:30 p.m. in the University Auditorium at UF. Featuring Beethoven’s “Consecration of the House” Overture, as well as his REVOLUTIONARY “Wellington’s Victory” including extra mercenary musicians on the sidelines of the battle of Waterloo!To conclude this exiting evening, romantic Music from Beethoven’s heir, Robert Schumann’s 4th Symphony!
“Music from the New World” January 20, 2012 – featuring Dvorak’s “New World Symphony” as well as the “Afro-American Symphony” by black American composer William Grant Still. 7:30 in the University Auditorium at UF with SPECIAL GUEST ARTIST ELEANOR BLAIR painting from the stage!
